How it works
- 1. Apply. Tell us who you are, your audience and how you'd like to be paid.
- 2. Share your link. You get a unique tracking link and code from your affiliate dashboard.
- 3. Earn. Commission accrues automatically each time a referred customer's subscription payment succeeds.
- 4. Get paid. We settle approved commission monthly once you clear the £50.00 threshold.
Programme terms
Commission
Approved affiliates earn 25% of the net subscription amount (excluding VAT and other taxes) for each successful payment made by a customer attributed to them. Commission is recurring and continues for as long as that customer keeps paying.
Payouts
Payouts are made monthly in arrears by UK bank transfer or PayPal, using the details on your affiliate account. The minimum payout threshold is £50.00; balances below it roll over to the next month. You are responsible for your own tax and, where applicable, VAT on commission received.
Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks
Commission stops when a referred customer cancels or their subscription otherwise ends. Commission relating to refunded, charged-back or fraudulent payments is reversed and deducted from your balance.
Eligible referrals
You may not refer yourself, accounts you control, members of your own household, or businesses that are already ProPortal Business customers. Only new customers attributed within 60 days of clicking your tracking link are eligible.
Disclosure and promotion standards
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote ProPortal Business, in line with UK advertising rules (CAP Code and CMA guidance). You must not make misleading, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about the platform — including any suggestion that we file tax returns on a customer's behalf. Paid search bidding on our brand terms, spam, unsolicited messaging, cookie stuffing, discount-code sites using unauthorised codes, and impersonating ProPortal Business are not permitted.
Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate participation in the programme with 30 days' written notice. Commission earned before the effective date and above the payout threshold will still be paid. We may suspend an account immediately and withhold commission where we reasonably suspect fraud, misleading promotion or a breach of these terms.
Relationship and changes
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and does not grant rights to our trademarks beyond promoting the platform as an affiliate. We may update these terms; we will give notice of material changes and they will not reduce commission already earned.
