We want you to be confident trying ProPortal. This policy explains exactly when you can get your money back — no fine print, no support runaround.

14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are fully refundable within 14 days of the first charge, for any reason. Email billing@proportalbusiness.com and we'll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Annual plans — pro-rata refunds

Cancel an annual plan at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused full months remaining, minus any discount you received vs the monthly price.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next month. The current month is non-refundable after the 14-day window, but you keep access until the period ends.

Service outage credits

If ProPortal experiences an unplanned outage longer than 4 hours in a billing period, we'll automatically credit a pro-rata day of service to your next invoice.

What we can't refund

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Stripe processing fees on chargebacks reversed in your favor.
  • Past billing periods more than 60 days old.

EU / UK consumers

Consumers in the EU/UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting a paid subscription you can still request a refund within that window under this policy.

How to request a refund

Email billing@proportalbusiness.com from your account email with your invoice number. We respond within 1 business day.
