2. The service

3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service or other users. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
