For photographers & videographers

Manage every client from enquiry to final invoice

Keep contracts, projects, files, client details and invoices connected from the first enquiry through to final delivery — one record per client, from the first message to the last payment.

Free plan: no card required. Pro: £1 per month for 3 months, then £29 per month — cancel anytime.

From enquiry to booking

Log the enquiry as a client record with the date, the location, the brief and the agreed fee. The conversation that led to the booking stays attached, so nothing is rebuilt from a scroll through messages.

  • Client records with notes, contacts and shoot details
  • Projects for each shoot with its own costs and files
  • Deposit and balance invoices against the same job

Contracts signed before the shutter opens

Send your shoot agreement or usage licence for e-signature and have the signed copy filed on the client record. No printing, no scanning, no chasing a signature on the morning of the shoot.

Deadlines, deliverables and repeat clients

Each shoot is a project with its own files and status, so you can see what has been delivered and what is outstanding. Repeat clients keep their whole history, which makes quoting the next job far quicker.

Getting paid without awkward emails

Branded invoices, optional Stripe card payment and a client portal where the client can find their own invoices and documents. Payment history stays on the record.

Simple, honest pricing

Common questions

Can I take a deposit and a balance?
Yes. Raise separate invoices against the same shoot so the deposit and final balance are both visible on the client record.
Can I deliver galleries through it?
Files can be shared with the client through their portal. ProPortalBusiness is not a proofing or gallery platform, so most photographers keep their delivery tool alongside it.
Are contracts legally signed?
Contracts are signed electronically with a recorded audit trail of who signed and when, stored on the client record.
